PowerDigital is a static voltage regulator which does not contain moving parts in the body of static voltage regulators. The voltage regulation is completely carried out with the digital technology under the control of the microcontroller in milliseconds. It has no parts to be worn out, to get old or to require maintenance. Whereas in the classical servo motor voltage regulators the mechanical friction parts such as the motor collectors, variant transformer brushes, brush bearings show quick wearing out. In continuous operation under load heating and wearing out and even voltage failures occur in the surface of the transformer.

PowerDigital, Static Voltage regulators are fully microcontroller, thyristor inspected and they work with digital technology. In cases like the drop and come back of the network voltage in a dangerous way and in abnormal situations like over current, overheat and output short circuit, it protects itself and the load it feeds. RMI and EMI filters exist as standard in all loads.
Very high regulating speed
Power digital, static voltage regulators put the output voltage in a period (20 milliseconds) to the range of 220V +2% by detecting the change in the voltage in the initial period of the network. In the classical servo motor regulators; the regulation of the changing network voltage is provided with the setting of the variant transformer output voltage by the brushes driven by a motor. This means slow response in wearing out and quick network voltage changes. As the output voltage regulating speed is in seconds, it is considered as quite slow for the contemporary electronic devices it feeds.
Compact switched protection;
Regulator has the feature of on/off over the panel.
In cases like over load, over voltage, low voltage and output short circuit the device is taken under electronic protection and the output is cut. In addition, extra security is provided by opening the compact switch as the mechanical bracket.
‘’BoosterTransformer’’ application;
It is applied in powers over 120 kVA where the input voltage range is kept low (180-260 VAC). The passing of the 20% of load current over semi conductor as well as the elimination feature, the low cost and the improvement of system reliability is provided.
LCD Front Panel;
Thanks to the mimic diagram in the front, information about the operation status of the device can be obtained. Due to the LCD display containing different language options the input and the output values (voltage, current, frequency) can be read and calibrated. Input voltage lower and upper levels regulated output voltage lower and upper levels, output voltage protection lower and upper levels, extremely low and extremely high cutting times, negative and positive polarity settings for the voltage calibration are the parameters provided to the user with password control.

High start up current…
Powerdigital, static voltage regulators can respond to the loads very quickly that require high start up current due to the semi conductor elements (thyristor) resistant to sudden and high currents. These semi conductor elements can resist the 10 times the nominal current for 20 milliseconds. Whereas the servo motor voltage regulators even in the start up demurrage of an asynchronous motor due to the contact resistance in the contact point of the brushes, very high temperature will occur, it will cause destruction on the surface of the brush and the transformer.
No distortion…
Powerdigital, static voltage regulators carry out the voltage regulation with the static elements (thyristor) with STEP-UP/DOWN method in ZERO TRANSFER logic. The current transfer is zero transition therefore it does not contain harmonic.
Protection Functions;
Over voltage, low voltage protection;
It limits the highest and the lowest voltage values that go to the receivers connected to the device. The user can control these values and in case the values are exceeded by setting the voltage cutting time going to the receivers over the front panel. Over current-output short circuit protection; the nominal currents the built device will draw, exceeding the current and the time graphics and the table values of the current rising speed are protected by enquiring.
SAG-SURGE Protection;
It is an effective protection circuit protecting the receivers against the sudden drop occurring in the network in millisecond, rising and the jumping worth thousands of volts. The effective protection circuit generally works as both symmetric and asymmetric branches. In other words, in between the lines and between the lines to the earth…
Effective protection circuit; It is supported as 3 stage protection circuit composed of quick responding suppressor diodes, middle protection stage with varistors and powerful gaseous over voltage transmitters and rough protection. The protection stages have been separated from each others with resistance of ohm. This provides the power to be distributed in the most suitable way by limiting the extreme voltages by pressing and when the impact currents need to be deviated. Therefore the effective protection as to not to allow extreme voltage from the receivers overlap will be provided.
