In this packet solution the aim is to meet the flow differences on the pilot pump with the help of a frequency inverter and the simultaneous aging of each pump by controlling the enabling and disabling of the other pumps for the changing flow request, the continuity with the 3 level operating modes and the maximum comfort with the maximum energy saving.

Airverter

In order to meet the variant air need of your establishment operating your existing compressor intervally in constant speed again you can produce the requested air by operating in variant speeds with the frequency inverter. As the power drawn from the network changes as linear according to the cycle, energy saving is also provided. In order to do that it is enough to use a frequency converter and a pressure transmitter.

As the pressure value in the compressor output will change according to the requested air amount, a certain pressure value is set as operating point and the compressor is operated in variant cycles by creating the PI cycle in the converter.
